Double Dragon Buffet in Cleveland

Double Dragon WAS the best buffet anywhere- we travel some... the fish was phenomenal. However, the last few times I was there, it wasn’t the same. Fish was hard and dry and nothing tasted as good. I don’t know what happened, but it’s very disappointing. Not sure if I will return.

Have not been here in a few years and we were in the area and said oh yeah double dragon....NOT!!! Everything was cold. Everything tasted terrible. My stomach is churning this morning and have had pain in the pit of my stomach all night. I will absolutely never be back. I have never seen such a decline in a restaurant before. Disgusting. Don't eat here.

The food was cold, dried out and old. I made a remark to the server and nothing was done about it. When I went to the front to pay, I made a complaint again, she was very quick to take my card. She proceeded to tell me it was because of the weather and the end of lunch but there is warm fresh food now. I called after I got home asking to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Christine. She said the same thing as she did to me in the restaurant. I expressed I was not happy and felt I shouldn't have to pay. She became angry and said I will refund your card ok and then hung up. Calls me back 3 times and insisted I pay for our pop. No issues and a credit was received.The bench we sat on was broken and very uncomfortable. The ice cream scooper was broken and sitting in cold water under a dripping faucet that had a piece of a hose hanging from it.

Good food. Nice people

I really love the food, my mom and I come very often, though the staff is quiet. The place would be better remodeled, i’m not complaining! It’s a great place too get bite to eat!

so sad, "fired squid" was soggy and couldnt even cut it, chicken was dry, even my beer was skunked, never going back, and I used to go there all the time, and there family and kids were running around like they lived there, and they no longer serve crab legs, as the price of crab legs "Went up", ugh the wont be there much longer.

Good service, good selection of food for the price. Well stocked and buffet area clean. There rest of the restaurant needs a good spring cleaning

I love coming to this place the food is always well stocked and fresh. The staff are always courteous and friendly. I could eat here several times a month and never get tired of this good Chinese food. It's in a very nice location in Parma Heights with plenty of parking.

Good price for this buffet however, you get what you pay for. Plenty of choices & included chicken nuggets & fries too. Taste & quality of food was on the low end.

The last time I'll ever visit this place. Food was absolutely horrible. It was on the buffet so long. Wilted salad, dried up wanton, dried out, not-fresh, unappetizing. At $13 PP on a weekday we expected much better. So sad. This place used to be great. Quality has gone down hill beyond repair. No one cares at this place anymore and it shows. No wonder this place was empty. Owners kids running around and pestering patrons was not cool either. If possible I'd give this place NO STARS. Truly a disappointment.

Went for dinner. Over priced. Not a big selection. Greasy food that has been out for hours. Crab legs charge extra on the side. 2 adults and 4 year old 60 bucks. I had small plate of grease couldn’t eat child ate after us still charged for his 2 cookies he ate. Not clean. Would not recommend. Should of went elsewhere or even next door! Waitress rushed us out and watched us the whole entire time no refill no taking plates away no customer service. Ice cream bar not clean small sink dripping water I saw someone wash their hands in! Do not waste your money.

Unbelievably bad. Everything was absolutely disgusting. I go to get ice cream cuz I thought there is no possible way they can mess this up. Rainbow sherbert mixed in every flavor, scooper sitting in a bowl of stagnant water.

Great food. Competitive prices. Only bad experiences ive ever had was listening to the entitled customers behind me complain about everything.

Here's my question .. Where is the health department? Why are they allowed to have their doors open? Raw and under cooked food. Some of their food looks weeks old.

My friend ate some seafood from here and apparently she got food poisoning a couple days later. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Just read the other reviews if you dont believe me

Sad... When that place first opened it was really great. They need to make it as good as it was back when it opened.

I used to love this place but it has been just a horrible experience now. Food is cold, recipes have changed to obviously save money, and the price IS NOT worth it. There are so many other buffets that are cheaper with hot food qnd better quality.

I've been to many chinese buffet's while their was a decent amount of food only 2-3 things tasted good, everything else was atrocious. And for being there right when the opened most all of the food was cold. Do not recommend.

One of the better Chinese Buffets on Cleveland's west side. Even more important is the service at this buffet is great. Everyone who works there is friendly and very prompt at clearing used plates off the tables and refilling your drinks. They are the reason we keep returning to eat here.

When the food is good its amazing. If your not there at the right time though its pretty hit and miss. Staff is quick to take dirty plates away and refill your drinks which is wonderful

The food was not good the chicken was dry noodles bland and the sushi was horrible... I've gone to plenty of places like this buffet all over Ohio but this was not good..... I use to come here in the past and the food was amazing but I think it must be different cooks or something because the food was not great at all....I wil not be coming back....

Bit into a egg roll and it was cold, tasted rancid and the Cabbage cwas brown. Their root beer taste like the water filter in their pop machine is nonexistent. anything bread related was stale/hard. Honestly the only good food I got was the salmon because it was fresh (hopefully) not happy but I’m sure I’ll be back again one day not realizing I really didn’t enjoy dinner tonight at all😂

The food is horrible. The bathrooms were disgusting. Not worth 11.65 a peice for dinner. In the bathroom every toilet was clogged and dirty. They had a tressemee shampoo bottle for soap. It was gross. Would.not recommend. Only thing i ended up eating was a bowl of ice cream. And also coming up to our table when we just sat down and telling us to leave a tip on the table isnt exactly making me want to tip you. Very unprofessional. Get it together!

Weird chemical taste to food there.

Decent Chinese buffet. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive. Interior clean and well maintained.

Food was ok. Some of the food was burnt but not bad. I would like to try it one more time to see if it gets better.

The food was old, it was dirty, and the restaurant was so hot, my child and I were both covered in sweat by the time we left. I’ve come here before and had no issues, but that was about 2 years ago. We will not be back.

This was the best buffet in town ,i use to go every sunday after church with family and friends we enjoy it very much staff was amazing and the food was always hot and delicious,is sad to see what it became of it now ,the last time i when they took the crab legs off now the cherge u by the pound and the food is not as good like before !advice to the owner or new owner bring back the crab legs even if u have to price up the dinner buffet at least on the weekends and also have more seafood selection am pretty confident u will be again the best in town !

I have been coming here for many years. I love the flavor of the Mei Fun, although the past couple times I went it didn't have as much of that signature flavor. I also like the Lo Mein noodles, the green beans, the buttered potatoes, the crab legs, and the Sesame Chicken. The crab biscuit things on the back table are also good. I like to put the sauce from the General Tso's on my noodles. Also the sauce for the dumplings has such a great flavor, I pretty much like to dip everything I get in it. The dumplings themselves are a bit to doughy though. I generally don't like the meat in the dishes very much besides the Sesame Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken though. Everything here isn't fantastic, but the things I do like, I keep coming back for because no where else does them quite to my liking. Nice staff, great price for lunch and free hot tea!

Not the worst and definitely not the best. Food temperature and quality was way off. Fruit and ice cream was pretty good.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Fair prices. All under one roof. Everything was delicious. We will return.

There is a weird smell but pretty good overall

The owners and managers of this restaurant need to know that this place is terrible. It was good several years ago and prior, but not now. I went there a couple days ago and ALL of the food was dry, stale, and old. The food HAD to of been at least 3 days old and microwaved. Even the white rice had a bunch of dried hard chunks in it and all the soy sauce I put on it did not even help at all. I had 3 plates of food, but each one I took a bite out of everything and spit a lot out into napkins, and hesitantly swallowed other bites. Even the dessert was spongey, dry, hardened. The almond cookies were stale too! Wow. The best thing there was the water I drank. The staff were very lifeless and depressing, no smiling, and only came once to ask if one of us wanted more water. Needless to say, we will never be going back there and wasting money there ever again.

Food was very bad, tasted old. Ice cream scooper was sitting in dirty water and all the ice cream flavors were mixed together.

This place used to be great as far as take out level Chinese goes, but they have gone waaaaay downhill in quality. You can tell the food is not the same and often is questionable. I'd pay more for better quality. New management? Idk, but a regular customer I will be no more!

I got food off the buffet it costed 33 dollars for two people dont eat the calamari I found hair on mine I wouldn't eat anymore food after I found the hair on the calamari all the restaurant did was give me a 3 dollar discount I will not eat their again

Amazing food, excellent service. Cant wait to be there again.
